For the last two days, TorsionX Sur America representatives from all over Central and South America have been meeting with the TorsionX staff, learning the ins and outs of the product lines and discussing marketing and sales opportunities.
For Mike McCown, TorsionX president, there is no better way to cement a positive relationship than meeting face-to-face and getting to know each other personally.
“It takes more time and effort, but I think this is the best way come together and develop an understand of each other. We’ve spent time talking, laughing, eating and drinking together and now we know what each other expects and wants,” McCown said.
Gabe Rodriguez, TorsionX Sur America Sales Manager, agreed.
“You can’t put a value on this type of meeting. The guys get to build camaraderie while learning about applications, accessories and the many applications where TorsionX tools can be used. Seeing first-hand the effort and quality that goes into building each and every TorsionX hydraulic torque tool gives our guys confidence that they are going into a competitive market with the best tools available. ”
TorsionX headquarters staff met with the TorsionX Sur America representatives for a day and a half in Charleston and then they spent half of the second day touring the manufacturing facilities.
TorsionX Sur America distributes TorsionX tools throughout Central and South America.
